We refine the concept into a more detailed and comprehensive plan. Further development of drawings, specifications, materials as well integrating structural, mechanical and electrical systems within the design as well as ensuring feasibility for construction.

Translating the conceptual design into detailed drawings and specifications that can be used for the construction phase. FRAME refine the design to meet functional requirements, coordinate with engineers and consultants, producing construction documents and ensuring compliance with all building codes. FRAME will lay the groundwork for the construction process and ensure the project is implemented accurately and efficiently.
